SHIPPING & RETURNS

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

 

 We utilize UPS, USPS, and LTL (Truck Freight) daily to accommodate the wide range of products we offer.
Some parts are made to order and typically have a manufacturing time of 5 business days. In stock parts typically ship within 2-4 business days.

Our awesome team ships orders every day and works hard to keep lead times at an absolute minimum but we do not guarantee shipping dates and will not be held responsible for missed deadlines.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All Returns must have prior approval from a SKOOLIE.com customer service representative, be clearly marked with an RMA#, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

We do not accept returns after 30 days or on used, special order, or custom items. Shipping cost or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Products must be secured with original packaging in new/unused condition and must be shipped in a sturdy box prepaid by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any deliveries that do not meet these conditions.
